Azmi DEMİRCİ, who started his career in 1987 as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, served as Head of Department at the Ministry of Finance General Directorate of Revenues after public audits he carried out as a Senior Tax Inspector and then he served in the public sector for 26 years by working as Chief Inspector in the Tax Inspection Board (Large Taxpayers Review Group). In 1996, he worked on "World Tax Judicial Systems" for one year in the US where he was sent by the Ministry of Finance. He has over 60 professional articles published in Yaklaşım, Vergi Dünyası and Lebib Yalkın journals and a book on ”Private Pension System” published by the “Association of Financial Accountants”, and research on “World Judicial Systems” and “Reflection of Tax; Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Reflection in VAT ”. During 2004-2005, he worked as the President of the Association of Association of Accountants. In 2018, he became the cap auditor and partner of İstanbul Yöntem Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. Azmi DEMİRCİ, who graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Ankara University, Faculty of Law, has the titles and powers of Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM) and Independent Auditor.
Mustafa Muammer Bilsel (Vice President, Principal Auditor in Charge)

He was born in Manisa in 1952. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Istanbul in 1974. He officiated in Pamukbank T.A.Ş supervisory board, Fruko Tamek A.Ş (Pepsi), Demirören Group of Companies supervisory board and other group companies. He established a Financial Advisory Office in 1985 and started to work independently. He received the Certified Public Accountant license in 1997. He became an independent auditor in 2013. He is a partner of Istanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi. He is affiliated to the Accountant Experts Association of Turkey (Membership of IFAC, IASB, FCM and IAAER). He has a good command of English. He is married and father of one child.
Haluk Ziya Türkmen (MAG Chairman of the Board)

Türkmen is a graduate of Tarsus American College and Middle East Technical University Department of Management. Turkmen has served as a Senior Financial Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers . He continued his career at senior financial management positions for ENKA İnşaat member of ENKA Group, AIG Group subsidiary-American Life Group and as Deputy General Manager for AXA Insurance Group Company IMTAS-NORDSTERN Sigorta. For 2 years he was the visiting faculty member in Marmara University on Humanities. He is a senior CMC as part of the ICMC program since 2003. He is lecturer and speaker on “Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring” topics in the region with MCT/MCE. He is writing and lecturing on/off basis for institutions and corporations like ITO, ISO, Akbank, TIM, MCT Eventus Events and Young Guru Academy, for magazines like Forbes, Turkish Time, TIM, for “Regional Business Associations” like MASIAD, ELGIAD, LASIAD since 1999. His projects are presented as successful “middle east family businesses” by Campden UK during the 2009 Family Business Summit held in Qatar. The change management projects he run are selected as best practices by associations like TUSIAD, KALDER. He served in YDD Board 2 times as Board Member during 1996-2010. He was appointed as consulting partner to MS business partners’ PBC program assisting VAR/LAR business partners. He has assisted more than 10 fast growing Turkish high end SME’s during the M&A processes as advisor on sellers’ side.

He was born in Eskişehir in 1951. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Eskişehir then he graduated from Economic and Commercial Sciences Academy of Eskişehir. He took office at the Ministry of Finances Provincial Organization in 1970 then he officiated in various levels at the organization from employee status to directorship. He performed as a director in Beşiktaş, Üsküdar, Mercan and Foreign Trade Tax Offices. While he was performing the duty of directorship at Istanbul Tax Office, he took his retirement in 1995 due to completion of retirement term. Since 1998 he is acting as a Certified Public Accountant. He is married and father of two children.
Mehmet Ali Gün (Tax Advisor, Ex Head of Tax Office)

He was born in Adana in 1959. He completed his primary, secondary and lycee education in Adana. He completed the University of Anatolia. He entered the Ministry of Finance as an enquiry employee in 1972 then he performed as a director in Ataköy, Karaköy, Kocasinan, Hocapaşa tax offices respectively and retired in 1997. He is providing advisory services to both our company and other institutions on tax conflicts, deadlocks and actions.

He was born in Sivas in 1963. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Econometrics in 1986. Between 1986 and 1990, he worked at the Board of Inspectors of Yapı Kredi Bank. From 1990 to 2005, he worked as an Inspector and Financial Affairs Manager at Family Finance Corporation. Since 2005, He has been working as Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs for Turkey Basketball Federation. In 2013, he received his independent auditor certificate. He is fluent in English. He is married and has one child.

He was born in Istanbul in 1983. He completed his secondary and lycee education in Saint Benoit French Lycee between 1994 and 2002. He graduated from the Business Management Division of the Istanbul Bilgi University in 2007. He completed his master’s degree at Manchester Business School in Accounting and Finance between the years 2007 and 2008. He officiated as an auditor assistant in BDO Baylan company between the years 2008 and 2009. He worked between the years 2009 and 2014 at KPMG Turkey Istanbul Office and left it as an audit manager. During his KPMG and BDO Baylan career he officiated in the audit teams of companies such as TAV Yatırım Holding, Filli Boya, Dünya Göz Hastaneleri, Indesit Ariston Beyaz Eşya, Onur Air, Doğuş İnşaat, Koray İnşaat and Çalık Holding. In 2014 and 2017, he received Certified Public Accountancy and Independent Auditor licenses respectively. He officiated as a senior finance controller responsible from foreign operations in Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. Finance Division / Controlling Department between the years 2014 and 2016. He started to work as a Assistant Auditor for Mazars Denge company in 2003 and left here as a Senior Auditor in 2007. During this period, he fulfilled his duties in audit teams of companies such as Göltaş Göller Bölgesi Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, Kemer Group, Tekstiplik, Sif Otomotiv A.Ş., Layteks, Olgun Çelik, Ekim Turizm (Intercity) and Serlog Servis Lojistik Dış Tic.A.Ş. He worked as an accounting responsible (2004 -2010) at Florence Nightingale Hospital and Süzer Holding. He worked as Assistant Accounting Manager at Mango Gıda (2010-2012) and as financial affairs manager at Işıklar Energy and Yapı Holding (2014-2021) He received the Certified Public Accountant certificate in 2019. He is an expert in the management of corporate and structural transformation processes, especially in foreign trade and production companies. He is married and has a daughter.
